A black box theatre expansion to the existing community center in McLean, Virginia included a new balcony, fully-renovated stage and fly space, backstage practice rooms, changing rooms, orchestra lift, new theatre and sound systems, new seating, box office, fire suppression and safety systems. stage floor and public address systems. Project cost $4M.
